Freezer Cook is free to read. To keep it that way, we earn money in a few ways, and we want to be clear about each of them. Our recipes and opinions are always our own.

Ads are placed in clearly separated spaces so they never interrupt a recipe’s ingredients or instructions.

Some links on the Website are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only link to equipment and ingredients we use or would genuinely recommend, and an affiliate relationship never changes how a recipe is written or tested.

Our own products

We sell a small number of our own digital products, such as printable meal plans. When we recommend them, it is because we made them for readers of this site, and we will always say that they are ours.

We rarely accept sponsorships. Any sponsored post, or post about a product we received for free, is clearly labelled as such at the top. We never accept payment for a positive review.

Photos are taken or created for Freezer Cook. Where an image has been created or substantially altered with digital or AI tools, we aim to label it as such.

Nutrition information is an automatic estimate provided as a courtesy. It is not a substitute for professional advice, and values vary with the brands and amounts you use. If you have allergies or follow a medical diet, please check every ingredient label and consult a qualified professional.

Food standards

All recipes on Freezer Cook are halal and contain no alcohol. Where an ingredient such as cheese, gelatin or a flavouring can contain animal or alcohol-derived ingredients, we note it so you can check the label.
